From version 0427 the descriptions of some error codes has been updated.
Essentially the description of some error codes is different depending on the vehicle, and pscan doesn't know what vehicle you have.
If an error code is present that has a different meaning for different cars it will tell you that the code means X for Rover 25/45 and Y for Rover 75, for example.
