Loading Pscan
Hi All, Ive just bought and registered on this forum. I was wondering if someone could help/
I am just in the process of installing the software on my windows 10 laptop and its stuck, All went well upto pinning the .exe file to the start menu (I'm following the youtube install video) so I clicked on the pscan logo accepted the licence and got to the screen where its trying to load the port there are the language options below so I clicked on English and there it has sat for the last 15mins, what should I do now press Quit and start again by clicking the scan icon?
Thanks in advance Steve

So I hit quit and tried again same result, Then quit and restarted my PC and now I've re run the install and plugged the unit into the PC and it still won't load the FTDI driver.

Sorry I didn't notice your question.
On Windows and Linux it will pretty much work in any folder that you like.
On MacOS it has to be in a specific folder.
