Can pscan write a blank ECU

Can pscan write a blank ECU was created by robertbrook

Hi! I have an MG ZT-T CDTi and have to install a brand new ecu. Can Pscan write to the new ecu and where do you get the file from?

The old ECU has a fried circuit board so the ecus cannot be cloned

at the moment this will need a real T4.
If you are near me in North West London area I can probably help.
