Do you mean MacOS ?  To me IOS is the iphone and ipad operating system.

I don't have a MacBook new enough to run Monterey.
If it is an M chip MacBook, then no it's not likely to work, as pscan has only been compiled for Intel Macs.
If it's an Intel MacBook then I think it's best to post your question here: https://www.the-t-bar.com/forum/pscan-uk-diagnostic-tool-forum/98125-mac-book-pro-big-sur

I cannot do a final test as I do not own the hardware but I was able to install the software on a MacBook Air M1 running macOS Sonoma 14.6.
Don't know if it will connect via USB-C and transfer data correctly.
