does anyone know what I'm supposed to do with the grey box that says run pscan exe but doesn't do anything ? Ive downloaded the divers I open up the Pscan icon I get the grey box and nothing ?

I'm no expert but since nobody else has picked this up...

Did you solve this?
Is the pscan connected and the ignition turned on?
What is the vehicle?

Thanks, Phillip at Pscan sorted it out for me I hadn’t moved to download file into a separate file location so it wouldn’t function from the download file’s folder.
