User license agreement fail

Hello, today I open Pscan software and ask me to accept license agreement, but after send the accept, it say me "download fail, cannot continue" and close the software. What happened?

is the laptop connected to the internet?
If you only have the pscanloader file in a folder it needs access to the internet to get another file, which it does after accepting the license

I have had the same query by email so maybe it is the same person.
I have seen this happen once or twice before and it was caused by corruption of the license.txt file.
The solution is to just delete it.
If pscan hasn't been used for a long time then the pscanwipapp.exe file is also probably old so you might as well delete that too.

When you run pscanloader.exe with the license.txt deleted it will simply ask you to agree to the license again, and it will automatically re-install it.

After that it should be all working again.

For this to work the laptop has to connected to the internet, but it doesn't need to be plugged into your car.

Hello, sorry I didn't seen your replies. I tried today, laptop connected to internet, I deleted the license.txt and pscanwipapp.exe files but after tried to agree the license, it give me the same fail message and close the window.

Update:
I removed all the files from the folder where I installed the software and moved them to the desktop, in this way it worked and I got the license again.
