Pets corner!

I know its not F or TF related but I know a lot of people on .org are animal lovers and would appreciate a section to show off their pets and chat about the trials and tribulations same as you would about the car (I do this on .org by pm at the mo which is a bit of a bore).

just a simple section where you could upload pics and perhaps get some advice. possibly call it T bone

I know that miss Yves is probably keen to keep this site fairly simple so I dont want to make a drama out of it but maybe just even a subsection of our garages just for pets.

what do people think?

Not a bad idea Gos, keeping my 2 favorite things under 1 roof as it were, as I do have a pet or two. Well, 3 fish tanks, 2 ponds, 2 cats, a Bedlington Terrier, an African Grey parrot (Slippy) & a bearded dragon to be exact.....do I count 2 kids & a wife here too:sofa:

We could start a whole new forum on this I think:lol:

We have 3 dogs (Terrier, Lab and miniature dachshund) 1 cat, 2 rabbits (lop ear and lion head) and 2 guinea pigs - used to be 4 but 2 died earlier this year.

Don't think I have missed any out.

yeah I think wives n kids will need their own section

It just seems to me that the type of person who likes to drive the f/tf also seem to be very sociable and are animal lovers too, I bet a high percentage on this forum have pets.

I am down to 2 cats at the mo (new ones) lost 3 cats and a dog over the last year or so (old age) they are a deep source of joy and inspiration as they are rescue cats who need some tlc but are rehabilitating nicely.

blimey good on yer mate, I would love to have another dog but we both work long hours so will wait until we can spend more time at home

I think it may be a convertible thing & not just limited to MGs
Milly, our Bedlington Terrier is a rescue dog, one of my cats is a rescue & so was the dragon.
My youngest sister has a MR2, she has 5 dogs & 3 cats (all but one a rescue) a pond & other foster animals that come & go as she is a nurse at a big local vets.
My oldest sister has an MX-5, she has, wait for it...........14 cats, 2 dogs (all rescue, most of them thanks to the younger sister at the vets), a pond & 2 tanks.

until a dedicated section is set up...heres my fish

aw man that fish tank is freaking awesome and so is that cat, she is a hottie :hurray:
