How long have you had your MGF and what led up to it's purchase. Is this your first foray into small sportscar ownership ?

Good morning,
I’m new to the group, expecting to finish renovating my MGB GT mid-year and then consider purchasing a MG TF.
Hopefully through the forum I’ll gain some knowledge prior to that time so my search will be easier with some knowledge behind me.
