One comment on your rather excellent belt guides is the need to trap them beneath the head rest. If you need to have the restraint higher, the guide would be loose, unless the holes are interference fit.
A collar with a set screw supply separately or integral with the print would be an asset.
The domed covers on the restraint supports can get tatty for some reason, replacements might be interesting.

An M6 screw might take too much meat from the plastic requiring a more robust assembly (more plastic to print). All you are doing is positioning & securing the assembly, not bolting it on, an M4 would be adequate.
Granted the thread form won’t be as robust & you must inform your customer not to go at it with a windy gun, although there will be some tit - - - -.
With stainless grub-screws & a cheap Allen key supplied it could be an nice side hustle.
Give it a run & if you want a more robust assembly you could always adopt tapped brass inserts.
Just a thought.

Those sun-visor extenders are very smart! I broke the drivers side about 3 miles into my very first journey. I have managed to source a new complete sun visor, with a good extension, but I get very nervous whenever I see my passenger deploying the visor extender on their side!
How much are you charging? assuming you are prepared to sell these??

Had a friend print these off at the weekend for me, think the solid one might be less liable to break and I've lost the spring along time agk
