Not sure Ben, have you thought about using a thick plastic? or thin bubble wrap

I need to take Fizz's door off that was one thing Daz wanted to check, that there is plastic there or its fixed properly

When I replaced one on my ZS a few years ago it was actually a really thick clear rubble sack that I used, fixed it round the edges with a small bead of silicone and did the exact same job :broon:

Keith
a hammer fixes all

Cracking idea :)

Ben, I assume you mean for the green TF? It was missing when I bought it, the shite mechanic who replaced the window regulator didnt bother to replace it before I picked it up..

Builders grade polythene. Most merchants will sell off the roll.

If you use non setting mastic as per original you can remove and reuse if required. Or decent grade gaffer tape does the job.

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

Worth £11 I reckon - especially if they are cut to shape :)
