Easy, tiger!
An excellent reason not to bet on the race winner. Which is why I don't.
Team orders were banned for many years but blatantly circumvented. At least the fix Is in the open now.
I do actually agree with you! Hence the 'coat' smiley.

It will happen, always as, whether allowed or not. Spoils it deeply for the fans. Which seems of secondary importance to the circus nowadays.

Let the buggers race each other.

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

I've been a fan since I was 12, which is 44 years now. There has always been gamesmanship and cheating unfortunately, I like to think that the Moss era of the 50's was purer but am prepared to be disillusioned.

cheating each other is one thing , , some might say it even adds to the spectacle , the 2 biggest cheats ever were probably the most admired drivers .
team orders though cheat the fans ,

I guess the other question is, was Vettel really the better driver at the point in the race or did Webber (all be it grudgingly)choose not to wreck his chances of finishing because of Vettel's behaviour. Personally I have no idea, only Webber could answer that. Was Vettel wrong? IMHO Yep. Are team orders wrong? again IMHO Yep.

You can buy 'Fernando is faster than you' mugs and T shirts on Sniff Petrol.

Also Kimi ' yes, yes I'm doing all that, leave me alone' merchandise.

And on Monday you could already buy "Multi 21" T shirts :)

Back with front wheel drive and 181HP at the wheels :)

Believe it or not, I actually understand "Team Orders", and respect them when they make sense.

As Christain Horner put it "Sebastian was thinking about 25pts, we were thinking about 43"... And the post race analysis from Anthony showed that Webber couldve (legally!) run him off the road as Vettel tried the moved that overtook him. Instead, he realised that there was no point potentially wrecking two cars.

Ferrari are the only team with a *clear* No.1 driver policy (Happy to be corrected), but even they appear to have stopped the "pull over and let him past" philosophy instead opting for tricky pit stop swaps. Mclaren have an "equal status until one cant mathematically win the title" policy, whilst RB use the "After the final pitstop, dont attack each other and risk points" rule unless there is a mechanical problem etc...

The big issue here is that a trust issue will now develop with Webber, Vettel and RB.... Imagine you are Webber, and RB tell you to cool the engine again - do you trust RB? Do you trust Vettel? Schumey made a lot of enemies during his time, but I never recall him openly defying his team and screwing a team mate....

Some excelent points here SP.
Team orders: like 'em or not, they are part of the picture again.
Nico obeyed, Twattel didn't. Both teams seemed a bit ashamed afterwards.
Will be some bridges to build in both camps.

The trust issue: I dont think Webber has ever trusted Twattel: there is deep seated resentment there I feel, not just from the latest incident.

Depending on how the contracts are set up, I can see Webber walking away.Soon.

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

Subject to contracts, Renault would have Webber in place of Grosjean I reckon.
