Drumming up interest

Hi, although l have been involved in the F/TF scene for 10yrs+ l have mostly been active on the MGFRegister forum, l have decided to try & establish an Fregister section in Lancashire, so if you live in Lancashire or maybe the surrounding area would you be interested in attending a monthly meet? I realise that it's a bit late in the year for evening meets so maybe a Sunday lunch would be better initially?
Informal meets used to be held at the Boat Yard Riley Green & l thought that with its location just off the M65 that may be the perfect place for a meet?
At this moment in time l am the new MGFRegister Regional Rep for Lancashire & as of yet the only member of the newly created Lancashire Region so if you are interested in a meet please let me know?

Just be sure the Boat yard is open again. It has been closed for refurbishment. :dry:

Good luck, unfortunately it's a bit far for me at 250 miles.

I helped move the last boats away from the Riley Green boatyard before moorings & food took priority. Yes I'm interested, it's 10 minutes away from me.

On the back of Neil idea of a meeting at Riley Green I was looking on the members map to gauge how many owners there were in our notional catchment area & there are either non, which is patently untrue, or it's not working for me. Is anyone else experiencing a problem?

Helsbyman- l know where you are coming from l once did the run to Simons meet in Helsby a few years ago!!!
