MGF Hydrogas Sphere replacement
Hi all,
Hope you're having a fantastic Easter, eating chocolate as opposed to swearing 🤬 profusely and your MGF like myself.Â
I've recently purchased a full set of refurbished hydrogas spheres, two front two rear.Â
Upon fitting the second front unit, the sphere is a little loose in its cradle. There's no pressure in currently so I'm wondering if this is normal until the system is pressurised?
Any advice or guidance would be appreciated.Â
All the best, and thanks for your time.

Many thanks for your reply. Have to admit, I was thinking it may knock when driving around. But if it locates correctly when under pressure that makes sense. I've refitted it and it seems a little better, still loose but a bit better.Â

Its best to read some of the threads others have posted as its very normal to regard them as being loose in their retaining brackets. They are fine once the system has pressure
