Dreaded Fob immobilizer issue

I recently bought a TF 135 on an 04 plate. In general I love the car. I've done the cam belt, water pump, coolant pipes, head already sorted and was just going to replace the coil packs and leads this afternoon ready for the coming good weather.
Unfortunately the fob is not disabling the immobilizer. Changed the fob battery, Done an ECU reset (neg lead off for an hour). Battery is fine, not been flat at all. Everything was fine 3 days ago when garaged up.
I was only given 1 fob and there's no 4 digit code in the pack. ( This was a job to be done end of summer)
Any ideas or someone in the North East (Durham area) with a p-scan?
TIA.

If push comes to shove a KMAPS exchange ECU will do away with the need for the immobiliser (as well as bagging you 10% more power and better economy).

I hope someone local will be along with an offer of a PSCAN soon. I have one but am sadly at the wrong end of the county for that to be of use though

Its also worth you doing a shout on the PSCAN forum , though it happens to be hosted in our back yard it is Pscan's main channel for a wider variety of Rover and LandRover cars so any shout posted there will be seen by a wider audience.

Hi . I have a Pscan , however without the bar code it will be of no use. Pscan will only be of help with the lucas fobs.

Pektron SCU went off the Technoscan. Paul has sorted the sync issue and changed the SCU relays gratis whilst he was on. New fob and code on its way!! Top class service, just a pig I missed the great weather. I did get my seats and door cards changed and did a brake service so not all lost.

Update.
I used Technozen. Superb!!
Got a new fob, old fob was re-sync'd and SCU was given all new relays. All done, sent Monday and back up running by Saturday morning. Great lad and great service.
