I have applied to the boss in triplicate for permission to come out and play on Easter Sunday.
I can happily confirm that permission has been given.............and the boss is coming too.:yesnod:

Do you have details of the meet-up yet Clive?

Well, we've returned safely from the inaugural run of the Border Patrol.

Big thanks to Clive(CJJ) for the organisation. It was great to put names to faces and to have a great run through some beautiful countryside around Kielder Reservoir.:yesnod:

The weather obliged(mostly), restricting the heavy shower for when we were partaking of food and drink, snug and warm within The Blackcock Inn. Then as we stepped outside afterwards we were rewarded by warm sunshine.:yesnod:

I'm afraid that I at least will be unable to supply photos. Took the camera; forgot the memory card. Doh!:rolleyes2:

ps Big thanks to Clive for the badges and the chocolate eggs.
To Bob for the Cadbury Creme eggs ,too.

Glad you enjoyed.

Pity you couldn't continue, as the roads got better. :yesnod:

Yeah, I wish we could have done more, but we were limited for time as we had to leave the dogs on their own in the house.:dunno:

And we didn't want to get back to find all their mates round trashing the place and playing loud music.:shake:

Cough...pictures...cough.

He he well on the plus side it's dry (no leaks!), has HUGE boot, & it handles like a dream... it glides over bumps like they aren't even there... on the negative side it's slow, bulky and I've been far too busy to take the "family" out in it :shake: ... I miss Slave like mad esp. now we're getting more sunny days... so I'm thinking about trading Stevie in next year for an Audi TT or dare I say it a Z4 :sofa: ... will probably be publicly lynched though if I do that.
