Well having started my diet last Friday I'm already on the verge of murdering everyone within a 30 mile radius for the scrappy remains of someones KFC!

I haven't thought about food so much in my life! I find myself just staring into space imagining mountains of chocolate, sweets & crisps... Ah crisps... I remember those little fellas sitting happily in a bag waiting to be opened & devoured... :cloud9:

anyway whilst I still have an ounce of sanity left I thought it would be fun to have a look at peoples fav foods!

So... What's your fav a) homemade meal b) takeaway c) restaurant d) dessert?

mines a) roast dinner, b) chicken korma c) nandos d) chocolate profiteroles!!!!

Right I'm going to go cry in a corner now with a bowl of salad!

Well in your case I may make an exception!

Never had caramel apple pie... Sounds good though! Have you tried those new cadburys caramel biscuits... They are soooo heavenly!

Kara, you can put healthy dressing onto your salad, you dont need to dress it with tears!!! I like all food, but my absolute favourite is a rare fillet steak, with a stilton sauce (on the side) and oyster mushrooms, or Stroganoff with basmati & wild rice, all Thai food, any Italian pasta dish (properley made) and my favourite pudding is treacle sponge (must be made with suet) and thick custard, or or Creme Brulee. ~ do you suddenly feel hungry??? well you did ask !!! ~ ~ why have you gone on a diet?

What diet are you on? I've been dieting for almost two years, and I've picked up lots of things to do and things to definitely not do. I've also got lots of books if they are any use to you? xx

You want to try my diet. I've lost 2lb in 25 years. It's not brilliant, but it is progress :)
