The guy's a legend!
I had problems with the plastic inlet manifold; replaced it with a nice alloy one off a TF135.
I saw that the plastic manifold had warped when I put it on a flat surface.

just need to fit the emerald and get it mapped now and the car then just needs some harnesses, roll hoop and wind break, and a few cosmetic bits...
Then its done, and i can focus on the Lotus V8 Project! Mrs Oz cant wait for her car to be finished.
