Sorry Leigh, I've just managed to delete on of your messages in the shout box.

I was clicking on it to see what options I had and I must have hit the x.


Anyway, is this whatyou are looking for? http://www.apttony.co.uk/Servicing/ServiceSheets.html


As for the Shoutbox. I don't seem to be able to use it. My send button doesn't seem to work. :(
