I know, but I suppose by the time you get the parts, then add on the labour (its Aberdeen) for fitting, +VAT etc, then I am not sure if they'd charge extra labout for re-testing the handbrake etc for the MOT?

Madness. Could have done them myself wiht a 50 quid pack from Ebay lol

It is still expensive, but you got away lightly. Front and rear discs and pads and an MoT on a 2004 TF (50k on clock) was £800 in Epsom !! :rant:
