Posted 13 years 1 month ago #29436To be blunt I'd move away from Nokia and go for either an Android device or an Iphone, An HTC running android would be my choice, As these are the devices that manufactures test their kit on.
I'm waiting an update myself as album art doesn't display in car when streaming from the phone and Face book Avatars don't all ways display against contacts in car either.

Posted 13 years 1 month ago #29460My son is having a few of his mates over tomorrow for a PS3 fotball get together and they have all said that I can try their phones, so I may have some more positive news then

Posted 13 years 1 month ago #29470It disconnects the phone so that any incoming calls will not disrupt the download. You then have to send the contacts as business cards from the phone - which uses the (OPP) Object Push Profile.
With my phone it isn't possible to send the entire phonebook at once, you have to send each contact individually. This is a bit time consuming but it works!
Just have to sort out voice recognition and I'm all done for bluetooth.
As for the ipod, my friends Classic 5G charges ok with the adapter, which was what I thought was the case. Classic 6G onwards will not charge on the adapter. So I know what I want in that department too. :yesnod:

Seriously, I'm glad you've sorted your new system out. Don't want you getting lost in the middle of France next year! :nonod:
