Appreciate that immensely Craig. I was damned if I could find it for ages.

Laz, if you're still having trouble doing this I could remote connect and do it for you. Although, that could be a mission in itself if you've not seen that done before.

I'm happy for others to remote connect and take control of my pc if they want to see a real computer.

I've used this feature lots of times, mainly to fix others pc problems. Fixed a couple of guys issues in Sri Lanka and Australia once. But usually just fix my sisters adware / virus related woes. Gimme a shout if you'd like to give it a try. It's all free and quite easy once you know how. Just like most other things.
