Surely, if you have a Trophy front spoiler you don't need to fit splitter?

If it's for cosmetic reasons then there may be problems fitting and, more importantly, it could reduce the amount of downforce created by either option indivudually as the splitter is designed to fit the original F front

found another, with the k+h further forward. probably hasn't had middle fixing reduced in height.

So you think the reason they are fitted forward is to avoid cutting down the middle fixing post :yesnod:

Would that be out of laziness or aerodynamics :-?

Laziness...

aero wise you would not want a hole in the splitter (unless ducting it somewhere specific like brakes)

you want the bumper as low as possibly, with a reasonable pretrusion which will really aid the aero and help the front stick at speed...

i have planned to fit the trophy lower bumper with the H&R splitter too :) but with the middle filed down...
