I'm going to send this link to a few of the mobile mechanics and see what prices I get if you can pass this onto any of your reccomended lot I'd reccomend it :hugs:

Head Gasket
MLS uprated triple layer gasket with shim
Cambelt
Waterpump
Inlet Manifold Gasket
Exhaust Manifold Gasket
Oil
Oil Filter
Coolant flush and refill with fresh O.A.T Antifreeze
Cam Oil Seals if needed
Head Bolts if needed
Lower Oil Rail - I might as well go the full hog if its getting done ? Opinions?

Next...

Stainless Coolant Pipes

Thats it for now. :broon:

Small niggles that I will probably sort myself are:
Need a lambda for [P0141] "02 Sensor Heater Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2) - I can sort this myself I think.
Xpower exhaust Install

:help:

i got all the parts myself. same as your list and it cost me FROM MEMORY £185 and the mobile mechanic charged me £200 including head scim
