Unfortunately it didn't work on my Mk2 F. Its lost 40 minutes overnight.

Had the same problem with my mk2 F I had to buy a replacement clock.It's done the trick the times been spot on for the last two and a half years.
If you change it make sure you get the right one, tf and mk1 clocks are different wiring I believe.

Got the ame problem here , got a second clock to solve the problem but it has the same.
Is there a fix for this problem .
Disconecting and waiting around for the right time and connecting it again is no option for me .

On my MK2 there are 3 separate wires , disconnecting them had no effect , is there a fix for these clocks ?

I gave up on mine 10 years ago and have set the clock on my aftermarket head unit.
Home to black Alfa Romeo 159 3.2 V6 Q4 ,green MGF VVC and red MG Maestro T16.
MG - the friendly marque.
