I took the bolts off our TF & measured them up then ordered them from Stigs Bolts I went for flanged hex head I got torx button head for one of our previous TFs & wasn't keen on them. Anytime I order any stainless bolts/screws I order a few extra I've got quiet a good selection now.

More good info Neil, any pics of your upgrade? Just add them here when you can folks, as this is now in the Bling mods section of the how to guides.

I attempted to do the lock/latch plate screws this weekend - left hand side one came out no problems - the other gave some resistance, a loud creak and didn't want to go anywhere, so put the old one back in and double checked the bonnet latch was lining up properly before closing the bonnet. :woowoo:

Exothermic cutting lance, and not only will the stuck bolts be gone in no time.....so will the rest of the bloody car!

Got a couple of these, they're not at all practical for working on cars but they are bloody good fun! They will cut through metal, concrete, anything!

OK< Cobber wins the "My tool is bigger than yours" competition...I only want to remove one stuck bolt FFS!
