See my build quality post! :hgf:

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

Ran a bottle of CataClean through, with an Italian Tune Up in the hope it will help with the mot. The tester had to fiddle around a bit last year to get the Fast Idle CO down to pass levels.

And chopped the gear stick by about 10mm. Would like to take a bit more off but that will need thread cutting on the level. I'm not sure my monkey metal (to quote John) die set is up to the job TBH.

Robin ;)

Removed the front internals in the bonnet to fault find my dead aircon.
Spent an hour, lots of gas ( in the aircon), and everything checked out ok.
Turned out to be just a blown 20 Amp fuse which was frustrating as I checked them first and must have missed it.
At least it was nothing major.
Now for the Servo bracket upgrade and fitting the braided brake lines.
Still waiting for my side scoops to be painted after 2 months. Might pick them up from the painters and try another shop that wont muck me around.

Best wishes all.

Ken

I did my side scoops myself, it wasn't a hard job even for a bunny like me.

I came home from the Far East to be confronted by a non-starting MG.
Fuel pump apparently. Oh joy! :bang:

Just wish they would extract their digit and do the job!
Best wishes mate.

Made up a cubby for the airbag blank this week, cut down the EPAS bracket so I could get it full height though I still had to cut down the depth of the R25 unit I picked up from the breaker

Also fitted a 2 port USB into the cubby which you can just see in the top right. Pretty pleased, though it still needs to get a coat of matt lacquer & fit a non-slip mat.

Thanks for the inspiration & how-tos guys.

Similar to Meg's that I did a couple of years ago - I didn't cut the bracket though - wish I had!
