I hope you have seen the other how-too's that mention operating the wipers so they are vertical on the screen, and then turning ignition off With the wipers vertical, before trying to remove the mechanism.
Much easier than removing clutch resevoir, or cutting the baulkhead panel!

Thanks for the welcome and reply.
But according to David Aiketgate the wiring is different on the freelander wiper motor,the earth and the live on the motor circuit board is different,so i understand.
