Thanks in advance.

YES, all of the hardtops are interchangeable ''one size fits all'' - If the hardtop is from a very early 'F' the rear catches may need changing as the early ones were not adjustable.

You will also need a switch, relay & possibly a 25amp fuse to make the HRW work, the wiring is there already - unless you already have a glass window in your soft top .

Ensure the top has the short wiring loom on the rear window, these are available if its missing !!

Just a word of caution, most hard tops spend their life not on the car, lol.

I am not right keen on them, but when done my TF will be my main transport all seasons. So need to consider the option.

Try to avoid the very early MGFs hardtops. Plan on having to recover the hardtop liner if it has not been done already. They all sag unless it is a Heritage hardtop with leather. Not a big deal. Also, watch out for the condition of the seals. These are NLA and not easy to source used. Not everyone is a fan, but I find them to be nice to have in the cold weather. Transforms the car into a coupe.

My first winter as an owner and I'm going to be putting my hard top on soon as I'm a sissy but one thing concerns me will the hood go mouldy? I will try to make sure it's as dry as poss before the top goes on but!
What do others do, do you take the top off occasionally to air the hood if so how often, can I treat the hood with anything before I put the top on?

Make sure the hood is dry before folding down, zip out the rear window and lay this flat on the parcel shelf ( I used a thin towel to protect this) Fish out the heated rear window cable before folding .

Hi, the glass rear window should sit flat on the parcel shelf anyway with the hood folded down. the reason why the plastic window should be zipped out as it folds and could split if left like this for months !!!!
