My health
If I’ve been quiet for the last few days it’s because I’m in hospital recovering from a heart attack, will probably be scarce for a little while

That’s unfortunate news, I hope you mend up really soon, we can’t do without your knowledge or humour. There are folk over here who hang on your ever word, mind you as you recuperate you’ll have lots of time to be less than complementary to those who don’t follow the Cobberations.
I’d send you some flowers but you’d only want to stuff them up my arse, it’s a good job there’s a distance between us
Take care mate
Mike.

Well at my age I should have known better. I recently bought an Ebike ( emtb ) and took on a rather arduous hill near Bingley Yorks and managed to get three quarters of the way up when an unregistered quad bike caused me to take evasive action or he would have hit me and I fell off . Her indoors took a dim view of what happened . I had no phone signal and had to struggle on for a few miles before calling for help and having to leave my new bike with a young lady who came to my aid . I had my last bike 15 years and never fell off it . I've had this one for 4 weeks and have come off twice !!!
This is nothing compared to our dear old Cobber.

Get well soon, we will miss your blunt and to the point comments. We are leaving Brisbane for Auckland tomorrow morning, it’s been great up in Queensland even if a bit warm for us.
