How to reset pscan unit to be blank

I no longer have my Rover and want to sell my PScan unit - but the laptop that i used to use it with has died, and so i cannot connect the unit to deregister it. What should i do?

If you sell your pscan on and the new owners laptop requires your old one to be deregistered, then they will be able to do it themselves.
