what does this mean

"  pscan can log live sensor data to a file and you can open it later in excel/libreoffice: 

If you log the wheel sensor speeds to disc and drive around until the warning.."

what does the above statements mean?  How can I do that?

Is there any way I can save all the pscan data in one go.  At the moment I am using a sniping tool and scrolling through each complete page to get four screen shots.
