An extremely well-known piece of classical music(at least most people will know the tune but not necessarily the composer) is used as the theme music to an annual televised sports event.

It's called Ein musikalischer Spaß (Divertimento for two horns and string quartet).

1. What is it generally called in English?
2. Who wrote it?
3. What sports event?
