The correct tyres are very important on an F, some makes can make it very skittish, bit like driving a jelly on ice!!

Tyre wise, what's good? though I'm not keen to spend £400 on tyres for a £500 car, which kind of limits the choice a little :-(

Sorry still no photos. Car failed the MOT on several things the other day...
TRE -is it possible to change just the ball joint or does the whole TRE have to be replaced?
Emissions - CO, hopefully new filters and oil, some redex, v power and a good warm up will sort this.
Rear brakes and handbrake -have new discs and pads, along with adjusting the hb.
