Brilliant Martin,
What with your organizational skills and my enthusiasm for rounding up the troupes, (Ok, posting this on 3 forums has turned into a bit of a logistical nightmare - but still - that's half the fun!) this should turn out to be a very successful day out.

Wow, I think I'm going to save my planned route for the way back, this convoy sounds like a lot of fun! Plus I can get the lad to take lots of action photos. I'll probably aim for the Chester meeting point as I'll come straight down the A49 then across.
Am really looking forward to seeing the MGBs.
Whoop!

Apparently, It's got to be said (according to the F Reg) that this is not in any way shape or form anything like an official run - just a group of us ending up in the same place for a cuppa.
Even if we all turn up, there's only about 7 of us anyway!
If more do turn up, we'll just allow some 'interlopers' between any convoy to break things up a bit
Getting back on track - are we all ready for tomorrow?
I've been busy today...
And I've got route maps printed out and a couple of little presents for all attendees
Really looking forward to it now :broon:

If it was an official run from a motoring club, MSA certification would need to be applied for, this would incur a fee and you would have to follow certain regulations.
Keep it as a group of friends meeting up for a drink. :broon:

I'm lying here trying to get to sleep but it's not happening which is a common problem so I'll be honest, the chances of me being up and out the door by 7.30 on a Sunday are slim to negligible. I'm going to go my planned route but I'm doing it when I'm ready. If I see you, I see you.

So excited, been up since 4am...actually, that's jetlag and time zone confusion. Cameras packed, batteries on charge, off out to see if the old girl will fire up but the weather's looking good!

My iPad may have been lurking on here, I was lurking in my bed...
I've been dealing with a nosebleed so will definitely miss everyone but am looking forward to the pics. Me and the teenager will do the afternoon shift!
