Can I advise those who are not familiar with this car & it’s transformation from flooded right off to its present condition & to look back & read the story.
It is inspirational & informative in equal measure, a testament to the love of a little car & the determination in its “recreation”.
If I were to award the cup it would be to this R40, because I followed the restoration, page after page.
This is a picture of a better than new MGf.

She’s been a Labour, I just hope she makes the 1500 mil road trip around the NC500 next month we are driving the route for me and my wife’s 25th wedding anniversary. It’s going to be the first full week I have had off since I started my business five years ago, really looking forward to it.

I drive on parts of the NC500 very regularly..be careful of the edges..very sharp and rough in places. Sometimes you are forced to use them by oncoming traffic!!
