Don't most normal cars have illuminated needles?
My Nissan does, and so did the Peugeot Sheila use to have.

My initial thoughts would be no. The heater controls are different on the F and TF to any other Rover/MG.

I posted this in the other thread about dials too

Ok Peeps

I've had a few emails to questions about the plasma dials

1) do they have digital TF styles as well as F

Answer: Yes they do have the digital template to make them

2) Can we have the redline moved from 6,750-8,000 to 7,250-8,000

Answer: Yes we can but only with a minimum order of 10, I think thats 10 overall the styles but will check

3)Would we get a discount on this order of 10

Answer: Yes £40 per set plus P+P

I just thought I'd push my look and ask if that would include heater dials too, I'll let you know how it goes

That's good work Jon.:yesnod:

At the minute we have 5-6 takers so we need some more interest to get the discount.

Come on guys, these are must haves! Proper sexy illuminated plasma dials! Roll up, roll up! They're luverley! Put your name down now!

Its seems most would be happy with this style in analog and digital

I've edited it to show 7,250-8,000 rpm

I'd be happy with those, I'd also be happy with no rev limit shown, tbh.

All I thought was while me an a couple of others have higher redlines most who might want them would have either standard 6,750 which would still be available or 7,250

it would be handy if people could add there wanted rpm to which dial they want i.e.

analog mk1's 7,250 rpm

or

Digital TF 6,750 rpm

I've been dealing with Michael Younger on this and also on the point of getting a discount for T-Bar members.

The MK2 dials template they have at present is 0-150mph 0-8000rpm (red line starts 6000 round to 8000rpm)- but this is changeable if in bulk (minimum 10 of any one style).

He has a new design which is already templated that could be used for the MK1 and Mk2 dials, with a more modern script - it is this:

The good thing about this new design is that there are two pale rings (centre and edge) and so our unlit needles will show up a little better than the older style which only has the centre ring like Megs - I can see the needle but it's not a great view!

The company is also able to arrange a club discount (not needing bulk purchase) if we provided an advertising spot for them on the site to showcase the dials.... which I think could be classed as a member benefit.
