'Darling, I've been offered a marvellous improvement to our safety in the MG, I have to go up North to get some brakes fitted, but I'll be able to get them fully bedded in by the time I come back.'

I just upgrade my rears then a better alternative comes along
A couple of questions though
If I have AP's on the front and replace the rears with 300mm's and six pot calipers would the rear bias be too much
Also if I have AP's on the front would the new front 6 pot calipers fit my existing discs
If you can see were I'm coming from, how to I slowly change over to these brakes as they wear out
cheers
Jon
PS this does seem a bargin if you already have AP's, change over an bang the AP's on ebay
Right Jon, in theory you would be able to use these callipers on the 304mm 'AP' disc. Clearances would have to be checked in practise.
Even with the 300mm rears you would still use the 4 pot rear callipers to maintain the correct brake balance.
