It's funny you should say that as last time I filled up a guy asked to see my setup. He was a company rep type with a vectra. I showed him and he said he already had the lpg kit and was going to try and fit it himself. Must have been thirsty that vectra.

Good luck to him, hope he already had the tank and pipes or that vectra will be off road for some time :-)

Mind you it's only a vectra, may be better investing in a better quality car, like a poorly looked after Nissan Bluebird or a Lada Samara

Well this has torn it, through this thread and thinking about the old car, I'm now looking through LPG conversion kits...

Looks like I may need a loan from Santa this year

If you intend to keep any car for a long time, and the mileage over that intended period is sufficient to justify it, then why not.

I intend to keep the car as long as it or I am alive and well, though I suspect the DVLA will decide my driving fate well before nature and old age does.

Eh??? I live in Huddersfield :-s I know it's a bit of a backwater but last time I checked we were still in the UK (though we generally say self rule for Yorkshire ;-))

Ohio is the default location because of where the website's carrier is located...Or some such nonsense.

It's the default computer location. :) I think you change it via your profile settings. Let me know if you have any trouble and I'll have a look for you. A bit busy at the minute.
