Today I fitted a new blower resistor.
I found one on AliExpress for about $13 so thought it was worth a shot.
It's nice to have 4 speeds on the fan.
Well done, got a link?

Today I replaced the cigar lighter with a twin port USB outlet that also gives the battery voltage, why are easy jobs so hard. I now know the plastic tunnel does not properly align with the metal frame it is bonded to resulting in a hard struggle to even "POP" the ashtray out and the same with the lighter, I had to relieve the lighter hole with a small grindstone to get the new one in!!
I have also today bought on line what appears from the photo's to be a binnacle in good condition with all mountings intact, time (or the postman) will tell, these are apparently a bugger to fit, so if easy is hard a bugger must be %*?@£!++++

It's the low speed that didn't work which is needed as the heater is for UK winter and cooks me

Treated the rusty areas underneath and fitted new underfloor pipes, Made up and fitted new brake pipes on the front, rears are ready to go in. Swapped out loom for a Later TF one ( All though now I have an ABS ECU Connector and nought to connect it to) , Interior mostly refitted , and loads of little things.

Fitted low antifreeze level alarm.
Started undersealing body now subframes are done.
New battery.
Checked lights to make sure I had not left something unplugged and will be MOTing soon.

While checking brake lights noticed high level one was dead. Traced the wiring from loom after reading posts here and found somebody previously had resoldered wires and sealed. Checked redone connections with a multimeter and all fine.
Only then did I check the actual high level brake light unit. The two wires for it on the loom side ended in a connector, connected to nothing. THe wiring and connecter from the light unit are not there!!! I assume this is for it to pass previous MOT's, hope it still does. It has been out before judging by the glued together crack on the right side end of light.

Kicked a tyre.
