On the subject of bits found in the road, I lost a special domed nut off the Landy a couple of years ago & had to make another. This morning as I was coming back from the dog walk I saw melting out of a snow drift the lost nut, undamaged & nowhere near where I thought it had come adrift. I now have a spare.
