Brake proportioning valve.
I've told you about this! In OZ he won't be a chap....he will be a bloke!Airportable post=209197 userid=5200 there’s a chap in Cobber country
And if you need a parts shipment to go "under the raydar" of "the leader of the opposition" you simply arrange for it's delivery to an alternative address, such as that of a mate who operates under no such supervision of acquisitions regime as he is single. I have a mate who has many cars, deadly racing motor cycles, and boats, that delivered and are even stored off premises so as "the minister for war", can remain in blissful ignorance. After all, what she doesn't know can't disturb her!

LOL! Lol
I played guitar in a band for years. I used to buy a new guitar and hide it under the bed. Then when my good lady came in to the bedroom I would pull it out in front of her.....nonchalantly.. "Is that a new guitar??" "No dear.......it's the red one.....you know the red one" It worked for years until the singer at a drunken party spilled the beans. Never got away with it again.

The fault is entirely mine, although an old man now I’m a bit of a “new man” & I’ve managed to put all the crime which precipitated the population of Australia behind me & consider you have all paid your dues. And what has this to do with my error; well, the “Old County” was populated by blokes & chaps, it was the blokes who were caught with their hands in the metaphorical till & were transported to Botany Bay & Van Diemens Land, leaving just the chaps here, we’ll at least for a goodly period if time.
It was this golden period of Christian values which shaped my character, the days where all motor cycles were British with names like Clyno & Warrior.
For those reading this & think it a bit “colonial”, Cobber & I have been taking the piss out of each other for years, it is all said with tongue in cheek. My tongue is often so firmly in my cheek that some people think I’ve a speech impediment.
Secretly I suspect Cobber has a lot of the better & more wholesome chap traits, but insists on masquerading as a bloke
I tip my (Bowler) hat to you my friend!

That response is out of all proportion......or is it??? 😆Discusion regarding Proportioning valve
Seriously, not sure I'm a fan of that orange lever handle of the valve being where it could be so easily knocked by something loose bouncing about in the front compartment
I'd prefer one with a twist knob

And because I fitted 304 discs and 4 pots all around the adjustable valve was vital...

You are absolutely correct on those lever ones. They work on a cam and are easily moved.
i use the adjustable knob ones...you can micro adjust them and they stay put.

David I wonder if you can share you experience after your upgrade and how the balance is now?
Do you get that feeling of the car sitting down under braking rather than diving at the front
To me it feels like the car is planted on the road.
