You need to sync the fob to the 5AS unit in the alarm section of the Pscan software.

today I test to synchronize diesel ECU (EDC1.3.1) with a new 5as but there isnt option "immobiliser". How I do? Is it possible to synchronize?
Which vehicle is this from?
It might be possible to do some development work to support immobiliser learning for EDC1.3.1

Hello and thanks to answer.
I had sinchronised fob to 5AS. no problem.
To sinchronise ECU with 5as there isn't "immobiliser" in section engine diesel to ecu EDC1.3.1
This is to my Rover 200 td

I have EMS status display and learning working in the lab for EDC15M.
The EDC1.3.1 is a bit weird and will take more work.
Do you need EDC15M right away or can I keep working on EDC1.3.1 and release them at the same time?

The problem with the EDC1.3.1 is that it will not accept the command from the diagnostic tool to sync until the engine has been cranked.
Basically you have to try to start the engine so that the immobiliser actually fails before you can sync the EMS.
The problem for me is that I don't have an actual car, just an ECU on the bench.
I have no idea what the criteria is for this ECU that it has been cranked. I am guessing that it will need to see movement from the crank angle sensor or something but this is not easy to achieve on the bench.
Really I will need a complete working car for this one I think.

Thanks for your reply.
For me, just the EDC15M is fine but you can keep working on EDC1.3.1 and release them at the same time.
If you want, i can find a car with the EDC1.3.1 but in France.
