Good job I no what they are worth!!
Less than the 300 you wanted here then Buster.
We all know what they go for on ebay. But as T-Bar members we sometimes do each other little deals or discounts. Ultimately, we're a club for enthusiasts who help out new members and each other with car woes. You've just joined to sell at ebay prices without offerring any discount for members. That's fine for you, but no real difference than shopping for one on ebay for us.
We sometimes get people joining just to spam their car sale, hoping to get more than they would on an auction site. Or, to avoid fees. It happens. Hope you see my point and I'm glad that you're happy with your sale.

A guy in Stoke I found specialises in immaculate hardtops for various cars: buys tehm up from various sources and refurbs if necessary. He does have some good 'uns: he offered us a black with black leather headlining but for 575 quid, another with vinyl lining for 550.
When we bought our TF the garage had a couple of ropey old F's: one with a hardtop: With hindsight I should have asked him to throw it in as a sweetener: could have then had it resprayed: job done. Oh well.
It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

I recon a respray would cost £100+ so around £200 is all I would pay for a ropey one.
Having said that I wouldn't buy a hard top

When I first got the F I bought one for £200, felt cheated on all those wonderful sunny winter days that I couldn't go topless, took it off, sold it for £200, lesson learnt.

I brought it this morning after mine was collected. Will be putting it back on eBay later this week, lets see how much I can make on his one.
