Site Updates

I have downloaded firefox on my HTC Desire c to use as a mobile browser and the forum is displaying OK.

Just logged on with iPhone seems fine, like all site
Updates it'll take some getting used to

I'm being told either dolphin or opera mini for s2. That came from a Samsung rep, I've not tried either

I like the new setup on the computer, but along with others, on a mobile it is unusable. The stacked display is a real pain.
Also, the grey text when typing this reply is very hard to see...
It is loading much much quicker though :broon:

I have written this from my solar system S2 and I am happy with how it all works. Firefox has been installed.

Any news on the stacking?

Its being worked on, it requires a lot of code changes, will be fixing the site to a 1200px width which should give the best average screen res for those with PC's and maintain correct aspect ratio for on mobile devices, plus dumping a lot of the css and reverting back to a table design instead, will then need to spool of separate version of layout for IE10 and the next Firefox release as full table support is being dropped in favour of LESS, I estimate around 50 to 75 hours of work to change and check.
