That van on the Broomway. I guess his satnav had a lot to do with it though

A sat nav is a small fraction of these incidents, the vital instrument missing in all of this stupidity is an IQ greater than my neighbours sheep dog. Spex (a contraction of spectacles, she has white rings around her eyes), brings the flock off the moor, through a series of gates & down the track, splits them, mother or offspring & folds them.
No humans are involved in this operation, after the initial instruction.
Not bad for a five year old dog.

Talking of dogs having a lot of sense. My daughter's dog has the unusual ability to round up rabbits. It was quite a surprise to see it happen but absolutely unmistakable to anyone watching.
He followed the escaped rabbit down the garden, circled it and then slowly walked forward, the rabbit now heading back in front of the dog, back towards the house. The dog then continued doing the same inside the house until they reached the cage where he gently pushed the rabbit into his cage and then lay down accross the front of it to stop the rabbit doing another runner. Now the funny thing is this isnt a sheepdog or a collie but a small Pomeranian cross, not really that much larger than the rabbit. Its happened 3 times, twice where the rabbit was coralled all the way back into its cage and the third where my daughter intercepted and caught it whilst it was being herded by the dog.
