Has anyone fitted and used one of these from Mike Satur and if so what is the opinion as to quality, ease of use and function?

I see that there is one about half that price on eBay from a totally different supplier but it has a MG Logo right in the middle portion that you might like see through.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

There was a windbreak on my first TF. I couldnt see the point of it frankly so never bothered to transfer it over when I got my current TF and just sold it with that car. If the wind is that much of a problem I just put the top up.

One of the great advantages of drop top motoring, is that with the roof down there is a bit of air turbulence, which means that should you break wind, it is quickly dissipated by the aforementioned turbulent airflow.......quite why one would go out of their way to negate such an advantage is quite beyond me.....unless of course you enjoy boiling in you own oil!
No, I much prefer to be able to let rip a bottom burp or a bowel growl without any unfortunate olfactory consequences for myself!

The better half still retains a good head of hair and although not complaining did seem to have to put in a lot of effort tying it back and such when the roof is down.
I wound the drivers side window half way down and reduced the turbulence considerably.
Try that first.
I contacted Mr Satur on two occasions ref that item, the first time on the phone, he was on his hols and suggested I keep an eye on the website to see when they were in stock.
I did that for some weeks on and off, but nothing transpired.
The second time was just a couple of weeks ago by email.
I have received no reply.
They are clearly so frantically busy that I am of little use to them.
Given that I will continue to wind the window down instead and spend the money on something else.

An unfortunate name for a car accessory the "Wind  Breaker" if you didn't know better It might sound as if the car can fart for you, a bit of a pointless labour saving device!
Quite why someone would want such a thing is beyond me........but hang on, on second thoughts, it a brilliant Idea for a closed car, just think of it,  for the benifit of cyclists
You could quite litteraly vent your low opinion of them whilst not suffering the noisom consequeses of your actions!

😳   😱 💩 🤮 🤣 ........Over to you TA22GT!

There is one on my F and I find it helps to reduce the turbulence with the top down, my TF also has one not used it yet but I'm sure it will have the same effect. But like everything each to their own.

Back to the original question, yes I have fitted a Mike Satur windbreak. The original mesh windbreaks came in 2 sizes, the original hight for plastic windows, and a lower one for glass windows that fouled the higher windbreaks when you lowered the roof.  The  problem with the top bar on the lower one for glass windows is it cut across rear view mirror view and I found that annoying.  Mike Satur glass windbreak avoids that problem and folds down easily when you have hood up.  Makes car quieter at speed and works well with hood and door windows down.  In my humble opinion worthwhile based on actual use for years.
