Well done alanrt54, spot on.
There is also a lot more information here on the T-Bar on Page 14 of the MG Quiz !
Come on David if you're going to set a new question at least make it a new one and not the one you asked 5 months ago. Is this a sign of your new age following your recent birthday Still we reached answer quicker this time, last time it was a bit of an adventure, well worth the read, if you're interested or don't remember click on the link above.

1.Who commissioned this car?
2.Who designed it?
3. What MG chassis is it built on?
If this car has featured before I am sorry but at least I did try a forum search first

Thanks alanrt54. I'm pretty sure this one has never been featured in the MG Quiz before.
I like a certain Italian car manufacturer and there is a link between your MG based car and an A.L.F.A (pre Romeo), along with some newer Alfa Romeo cars

Talking of Alfas there was a great little white Giulietta saloon at Pride of Longbridge in the marshalls car park.
As no posts for nearly 24 hours I hope I haven't killed off the quiz!

No fear of that, Mondays are always slow. Mr Forgetful is away down under on his holidays but I'm sure one or two of the other big MG enthusiast will be along shortly to figure out your one off.
BTW was the Giulietta

Not sure this is right, as the car looks a little different, but here goes...
1. Commissioned by Arnolt
2. Designed by Giovanni Bertone, his son Nuccio, and Giovanni Michelotti
3. Built on MG TD chassis
A.) is the new Alfa Romeo Giulietta 2011 - the first time since Alfa Romeo put a Giulietta badge on one of it's cars since 1985 on the Nuova Giulietta I believe.
B.) is a Giulietta Sprint coupé, the first Giulietta model, introduced at the Turin Motor Show in 1954

 Hari with your Alfa knowledge I pronounce you an honorary alfisti. :woohoo: B.) is actually a 1959 Giulietta Berlina, but the info on the first 1954 Giulietta was correct.
As for your MG knowledge, it's growing, but unfortunately part 1), part 2) and part 3) are incorrect.
See if you can link all the clue words into a google search to find the MG based car in alanrt54's question. If you need reminding Click here

The Alfa at POL was B.
I thought for a time that the First answer to the Turner question might have been the Arnolt MG.

It is easy to see that it could be confused with the Arnolt-MG
The Arnolt-MG has featured in the MG Quiz a couple of times before, last time, click here .
Alan the one off, international motor, you chose is obviously proving difficult.
The clues so far have been;
For part 1)
The California Sports Car Club
A LHD Jaguar XK120
For part 2)
The 1913 A.L.F.A. Aerodinamica
For part 3)
Why are you asking me
Mr Forgetful would have enjoyed this one

But I'm not trying to be an Alfa guru!
I give up. Have been researching for last - I don't even know how many hours, but my knowledge has failed me
