Here's the installation with my last mods.
I've left the droplinks in their position, but when I got the car back to the ground, and I pass a minimal bump, the droplink got catched in the pivot.
The noise it's a problem, but not the worst, I almost lost all the suspension and over 4-5 cm of clearance.
The L shapes plates are in the correct position, I guess.

Hi all!
I'm trying (for more than a month) to fit well the rear sway bar in my MGF mk1.
I've bought it with a Mike Satur mk9 FCC kit, but the sway bar got stucked on the lower arms pivots.
I've post some photos of the actual settings.
I don't know what more can I do.
I was talking with Mike and he doesn't see anything weird.
Could someone help me?

Solved!!
4 mm galvanized iron was the solution.
I applied 3 coats of mate black to protect and now I can get into the garage without problems!!

The distance is the same as with the original Hydragas, even the hardness is regulated according to Mike's parameters.
The problem is the entrance, which has a slight inclination (I would say about 5-7°) but when it reaches the plane, it is not progressive AT ALL, it goes from the inclined plane to the straight one without any transition, which is why I have a "hump" that in I will briefly lower to make an entrance with a regular slope.

I took it apart a few weeks ago, and it only protects the speedometer joint. The pipes are in the groove of the chassis.
For my first attempt I will use 3mm steel. Maybe later with a couple of nerves to increase strength.
