If you unplug temperature sensor on the engine which sends info to the ECU radiator fan should start working. If not either fan is not working or engine ECU is not sending signal.

Fuel pump relay is part of Engine Management Relay Module. This module consists of 4 relays put together in one box and is located at the rear of the engine ECU. One of these 4 relays if fuel pump relay. There is no separate fuel pump relay on your car.Unfortunately I'm in Perth. but thanks.

When that happens have you tried to disconnect both hydraulic control valves - solenoids and see if that will resolve the problem? If it does you have 2 solenoids which needs replacement.
