There was a long build thread on that one on one of the other forums but the owner deleted all the photos when it appeared in one of the magazines.

The owner started with a concept in mind, paid a massive amount of attention to the work and achieved what he wanted, he then sold the car to someone in Italy for several £K.

Although it's not what I would do I had a lot of respect for this one.

Theres some right ghastly cars on this thread ..................and just when you thought you could not find any more ghastly, crap, cars ...........i stumble on some more......

imagine cruising down the road in one of these furry naff boxes and someone throws a ciggerette butt out and sets fire to it.........what a bonfire it would be...or the look on the faces of the rac breakdown team when they arrive
............and its one thing having a gooney car......but its another ballgame when you have your photo taken with it like this fella

and i realise there was a time in life that turbo cars were a dream and rare as rocking horse....people sticking the odd turbo badge on the boot or making the exhaust look bigger with a go faster clamp on attachment but look at this volvo.....over the top or what?....this guy must be having a joke yeh! :woohoo:

and this crappy car below is a adult version of a kids toy and cost £35,000 to make

and this mini below .......well im not sure........its certainly a headturner and a pleasure to polish with a nice curvy bonnet........but yes ive made my mind up and added it because be honest you would look a tit driving it......

and this guy below converted this crap car, maybe hes lost his licence, lost is mind or hes uprated the horsepower by 1

he might be on to something here .....tax free,no insurance........does this meen then if i took the engine out of my mgtf.....conected it to neddy.....that i to can cruise the streets without any problems from the rozzers and we could start a new forum called the hay barn .com

you have just seen the future of cars has we know them.....when the fuel runs out or just gets to damn expensive.....people will dig out there granfathers cars from the garage and connect them to horses.........a complete turnaround, history repeating..............or maybe its a case of the old ideas being the best?.........im not sure if daytime running lights are a good idea on a horse?????????????????...lets face it yer cant speed around motorways and byways like you used to there all chocko....so plodding around in your 1hp mg aint too far out.........while you are stood still on the motorway with your horsedrawn mg......the horse can feed off the overgrown grass verges....saving the council thousands on grass cutting........no brainer! and you can stamp the horse shit into all those ruddy potholes that are on our roads..horse shit will make a better repair than some ive seen done......and because of the lower speeds we can get rid of those stupid speed ramps.,stick 2 fingers up at the gatso cameras has they will be a thing of the past............telling your mrs that you didnt make it home last night because you had to rest the horse at the inn......oh and no more whiplash........unless you choose to use one..and dont worry about those washer jets on the mg ive heard everyone moan about......because when neddy springs a leak its as good as your local car wash...and a end to those daft car stickers you see these days...like honk if you bonk...no body is going to trot past tootin a horn while going that slow....would they?

now after this sudden brainwave the next thing to do is find that 4 legged friend to pull my tf.....nothing flash to start with....how about this guy

or should i choose one in a different colour
this one looks has if its got more grunt

There's way too much happening here........

Here too......

And here........

Here is a thing of rare and exquisite beauty........

Words fail me.....

For some strange reason some folks seem to think their car should look like a Louis Vuitton handbag.....Apparently it's a thing.......

Volvos are so tough they're still recognisable after they've been through the crusher......

Here's some quality workmanship........

Here the team start on their latest car.....

And here is the finished product of their handywork.....

Some of this plastic tat must add heaps of weight.....Notice the owner trying to hide behind the door......

People mover, African style.......

How does that go around corners without shredding the rear tyres?

I didn't have my camera with me on Sunday when I saw one of the worst mod-jobs I have ever seen. It was a late model Porsche 911 GTS (At least that's what the badges said!) convertible with late Speedster type headrest fairings.
It was absolutely immaculate but was painted taxi-cab yellow with very tacky red highlights including all badges. Sort of a Bollywood special. It was lowered and had tacky chrome mag wheels.
I really can't do justice to the description as I have been trying to put it out of my mind. What an awful thing to do to a car that must have been worth a couple hundred thousand dollars!
I also saw a Tesla that had been pinstriped like the GTR above on the weekend. MY EYES!!!! :woowoo:
